Pasta has always been a part of our family. To this day, a meal is not complete without it and many cherished recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Our roots were established in Vittoria, Sicily. While our family moved from place to place over the years, our Nonnas Elvira, Giovanna and Maria brought our family traditions with them and taught us how to make authentic Italian pasta. Our fondest memories involve the time we spent in their kitchens, often covered in flour, rolling out pasta dough and cutting each shape with precision. Then we’d craft the perfect sauce and sit down at the table to enjoy a meal and conversation with those we love most. And now we bring our pasta to your kitchen.
